Experienced meditators often experience an invisible Light during meditation that’s associated with positive meditative experiences, normally after many years of practice. CordyKet’s Light Meditation is the most direct way of experiencing this Light.

Light Meditation is a simple meditation that strengthens the invisible Inner Light within us, on top of having the same benefits as most other meditations. It can even be done together with other meditation practices like breath or Qigong.

There are 2 subtle energy systems in the human body. The Qi system consisting of Qi energy flowing in Dantians and meridians is strengthened by Qigong and physical exercise. The other is the Prana system, where Prana energy flows in the chakras and nadis. The Prana system is responsible for removing negative energies from us. Both systems form protective auras over us but it’s the Prana aura that protects us most from negative energies.

When Qi is weak, our physical health is affected. When Prana/Light is weak, our mental and emotional health is affected.

The source of prana for our chakras and prana aura is actually our Inner Pure Light. The same Light is source of goodness like Love and Compassion in us.

Light Meditation strengthens our Light and hence our chakras and aura. It also cleanses, heals, restores and protects. It was intuitively discovered by Cordelia in 2009 who found it more effective than other meditations she has learnt. CordyKet has been teaching it ever since.
