The Embodied Non-attachment Meditation is different from our regular Non-attachment Meditation but philosophy remains the same.
Most often associated with but not limited to Buddhism, Non-attachment is a philosophy of life that seeks to remove or reduce the suffering that we go through due to attachment. This is a non-religious meditation that helps us let go of our attachments.
Most people embody their attachments and thus suffer – emotional and mental disharmony are often absorbed into, manifested and stored within our bodies. This can cause psychosomatic physical symptoms and suffering, even something as common as chronic muscular tension.
Come join us if you find that your emotional attachments are bringing disharmony to your life, if you are yearning for peace or if you simply want to learn more about non-attachment.
Those who find themselves easily absorbing energies from others and the environment will benefit a lot from learning and practising this meditation.
Ket differentiates “non-attachment” from “detachment” and there will be a short briefing for participants on this difference.
